Replenishment Manager (m/f/d)

You have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience in the field of replenishment / product management and good SAP knowledge. You have a solid knowledge of English, are flexible, innovative, enjoy planning and coordinating, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the optimal flow of goods in all product groups
• Monitoring incoming goods in relation to timely delivery
• Optimisation of procurement processes
• Contact with suppliers
• Independent procurement and scheduling of the assigned product groups
• Analysis of lead times and initiation of corrective measures (range control)
• Preparation of various inventory and incoming goods lists (warehouse key figures)
• Monitoring and adjusting order confirmations and delivery notifications
• Coordinating an optimal incoming goods process in collaboration with logistics
• Supporting product management and sales staff in their specialist area
• Assortment analyses and creating procurement-relevant evaluations from the SAP and business warehouse tool
• Forecasting for suppliers
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as product management, sales,
  data management and logistics
